Definitions:
'We', 'Us', 'Our', 'Me' or 'My' means S.O.S Styling and/or Lisa Kear;
'Services' means Colour & Body Consultancy, Wardrobe Edit, Personal Shopping, Online Shopping, and any other Personal Styling services provided to you by S.O.S Styling and/or Lisa Kear.
'Client' or 'You' means any person who contracts with S.O.S Styling and/or Lisa Kear for the provision of Services.
Payments, Deposits & Refunds:
All payments must be made upon booking. An invoice inviting bank transfer will be supplied at the time of booking.
Two rates exist for our services which include: 'New Client' rates and 'S.O.S Member' rates. 'S.O.S Member' rates are discounted rates given exclusively to Clients who have undertaken a full priced service with us previously.
A payment equal to 50% of the total cost of services is required from everyone (including new and existing clients) at the time of booking to secure the appointment and is non-refundable.
The remaining balance will be due no less than 14 days before the original appointment date stated in the 'Booking Confirmation' email. Failure to pay the balance by the appointed date will result in an automatic cancellation of the booking without a refund of the deposit.
Please note that the date to pay the balance does not change if you postpone and/or reschedule your appointment.
Deposits may be waived at the discretion of Lisa Kear/S.O.S Styling and full payment will instead be due no less than 14 days before the original appointment date.
The services provided do not guarantee specific results and are entirely dependent on your participation. Results will vary.
All products including Gift Cards/Vouchers require payment in full at the time of purchase.
Subscribers to any membership plan must pay prior to the month start by BACS or Direct Debit. All memberships have a 3-month minimum subscription period. Any cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next month start. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Gift Cards/vouchers may only be exchanged for Services and no cash rebate will be made for appointments shortened at your request.
Please note S.O.S Styling DO NOT offer refunds.
Cancellations, Postponement & Rescheduling:
If an appointment is cancelled by you with less than 48 hours notice being given to us via email it will be forfeited.
If you postpone or require an appointment to be rescheduled with less than 48 hours written notice via email, and/or do so on more than one occasion within a 12 month rolling period, the appointment will be forfeited.
If notified via email with at least 48 hours notice, you may postpone and/or reschedule your appointment once within a rolling 12 month period, with the payments transferrable to another date, if S.O.S Styling/Lisa Kear has availability, up to two months ahead of the original appointment date.

Should we be required to rearrange the appointment for any reason (e.g. due to illness) we will communicate this to you in advance of the appointment and all payment will be transferred towards the rearranged session.
Safety & Behaviour:
By participating in any service or subscription, whether in-person or online, you agree not to engage in any inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to the following:
• that breaches these Terms;
• that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, discriminatory or fraudulent;
• that infringes or breaches someone else’s rights, including their intellectual property rights.

In the interest of providing a safe and private space for you, we do not permit additional guests to attend appointments, with the exception of carers.
Covid-19 and/or Contagious Diseases/Infections:
For in-person services, all participants must follow the current government guidance.
If self-isolation rules impact the scheduled appointment, the session may be rearranged as per Cancellations & Postponements above. To do this, please contact lisa.kear@sosstyling.co.uk
Personal Shopping, Stores, Brands & Fashion Houses:
We do not act as an agent for any of the stores/brands to which we may introduce you or accompany you to for shopping.
Contracts for the purchase of goods are between you and the relevant store and the terms and conditions of sale and requirements regarding price, returns, defects and all other issues will be such as the store may impose or as you may agree with the store.
We have no liability for the quality, condition or performance of any goods which you may purchase during, or as a result of, the provision of Services by S.O.S Styling and/or Lisa Kear.
Location:
We are ideally placed for services within Chelmsford and travel to agreed locations within 30 mins. If you are located further than 30 minutes via car, additional travel costs will apply.
Changes to our Terms and Conditions:
S.O.S Styling reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
